1 cup Karavansay oatmeal
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder Karavansay
1 cup of water
1 cup almond milk. Can be substituted with milk of your choice 2 tablespoons of chopped walnuts that can be substituted with almonds.
3/4 cup strawberries and blueberries
1 tablespoon coconut sugar
1 pinch of salt to enhance the flavor of fruits
- Cut the strawberries into pieces and the blueberries, place them in a bowl with the sugar.
coconut and crush a little, set aside until you serve it.
- In a saucepan add the oats, water and almond milk.
- Add salt and cook for 10 minutes over medium heat until thick and creamy.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Turn off and incorporate a portion of the walnuts.
