Gluten Free Certification

The Gluten Free Certification Organization (GFCO) is a program of the Gluten Intolerance Group (GIG), a 501c3 nonprofit organization empowering the gluten-free community since 1974. Unlike other certifications that only audit record keeping, GFCO reviews the manufacturer’s products and ingredients, and individually tailors testing requirements based on risk.

ISO 9001:2015

In early 2023, our Quality Management System was accredited by Bureau Veritas with ISO 9001:2015 global standards certification. This seal demonstrates to our customers, consumers and other stakeholders that our processes, procedures and employees are integrally oriented towards quality in everything we do and offer.

KOSHER Certification

KASHER or KOSHER certification, more than a label, is a seal of quality, transparency and commitment that certifies that the food we process is accepted by Jewish law, which opens the doors for Karavansay products to be accepted not only by the international Jewish community but also to the world, to other markets regardless of their affinity with Judaism. This International Certification is associated with cleaner, regulated foods and guarantees a higher degree of hygiene and quality.
