Basic Quinoa Cooking
Ingredientes
1 cup of Karavansay Quinoa seed.
2 cups of water.
1 teaspoon ghee karavansay clarified butter.
Salt to taste.
Preparación
- Wash the quinoa for a few seconds in a colander; place the water in a pot and bring to a boil.
- Add the quinoa to the boiling water, ghee and salt.
- Wait a few minutes for the water to evaporate, lower the temperature to the minimum and cover for approximately 20 minutes, it should be loose and crispy.
