    Ingredientes

    • 1 cup of Karavansay Quinoa seed.

    • 2 cups of water.

    • 1 teaspoon ghee karavansay clarified butter.

    • Salt to taste.

    Preparación

    • Wash the quinoa for a few seconds in a colander; place the water in a pot and bring to a boil.
    • Add the quinoa to the boiling water, ghee and salt.
    • Wait a few minutes for the water to evaporate, lower the temperature to the minimum and cover for approximately 20 minutes, it should be loose and crispy.
