Basic Quinoa Cooking
1 cup of Quinoa in Karavansay seed.
2 cups of water.
1 teaspoon of clarified butter ghee karavansay.
Salt to taste.
- Wash the quinoa for a few seconds in a colander; In a pot, place the water and bring to a boil.
- Add the quinoa to the boiling water, the ghee and the salt.
- Wait a few minutes for the water to evaporate, lower the temperature to a minimum and cover for approximately 20 minutes, it should be loose and crunchy.
