Quinoa bowl with vegetables
½ cup of quinoa previously cooked.
2 tablespoons cucumber cucumber cut into cubes.
2 tablespoons diced strawberries.
2 tablespoons Cherry tomatoes cut in half.
2 tablespoons of baby carrot cut into cubes.
Blueberries to taste.
Filleted almonds to taste.
For the dressing: olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix all the ingredients with a fork, add the dressing, mix and serve.
