Quinoa bowl with vegetables

Ingredients

  • ½ cup of quinoa previously cooked.

  • 2 tablespoons cucumber cucumber cut into cubes.

  • 2 tablespoons diced strawberries.

  • 2 tablespoons Cherry tomatoes cut in half.

  • 2 tablespoons of baby carrot cut into cubes.

  • Blueberries to taste.

  • Filleted almonds to taste.

  • For the dressing: olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste.

Preparation

  • Mix all the ingredients with a fork, add the dressing, mix and serve.
