Oat Crusted Chicken Wings
6 chicken wings cut in half.
2 liters of boiling water.
1 cup Karavansay brown rice flour.
2 beaten eggs.
2 cups of Karavansay oat flakes.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Paprika to taste
oregano to taste
Ghee clarified butter for greasing Karavansay.
- Cook the wings in the boiling water for 5 minutes, remove them from the water and let them cool.
- Pass them through the flour until they are well covered, then pass them through the beaten egg and lastly pass them through the oat flakes that must be previously mixed with salt, pepper, paprika and oregano, brush them well with this mixture until they are well covered.
- Place them on a ghee-greased baking tray. Bake them at 200 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes.
- Place them in the middle of the oven so they cook evenly. And ready to enjoy with your favorite dressings.
