Chia and watermelon lemonade
¼ of a watermelon.
1 tablespoon Karavansay chia seeds.
3 glasses of water.
- Cut the watermelon into medium or small pieces, place the chopped watermelon in the blender along with the lemon juice and sweeten if you consider it necessary, blend until the watermelon is fully incorporated.
- Serve in a pitcher, add the chia seeds and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to hydrate the chia seeds well.
