Brown rice with Quinoa and chicken
1 cup of brown rice with previously cooked Karavansay quinoa.
1/2 shredded chicken breast.
Vegetables: yellow paprika, chives, leek onion and Chinese roots.
1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce.
- In a hot bowl, add a little bit of Ghee, fry the leek onion and yellow paprika, add the chicken and stir.
- Then add the previously cooked brown rice with quinoa, chives, Chinese roots and a teaspoon of soy sauce.
- Stir to mix all the ingredients and serve.
