Oatmeal porridge

    Ingredients

    • 1 cup Karavansay oats

    • 1/4 teaspoon Karavansay cinnamon powder

    • 1 cup of water

    • 1 cup of almond milk. You can substitute for milk of your choice 2 tablespoons of chopped walnuts that you can substitute for almonds.

    • 3/4 cup strawberries and blueberries

    • 1 tablespoon coconut sugar

    • 1 pinch of salt to enhance the flavor of the fruits

    Preparation

    • Cut the strawberries into pieces and the blueberries, place them in a bowl with the sugar
      of coconut and crush a little, reserve until you serve it.
    • In a pot add the oats, water and almond milk.
    • Add the salt and cook for 10 minutes over medium heat until thick and unctuous.
    • Sprinkle the cinnamon.
    • Turn off and incorporate a part of the nuts
