Ingredients
4 tablespoons quinoa flakes
1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
Cinnamon to taste
1/2 tsp sweetener of your choice
1 tablespoon of nuts
1/4 of cup of vegetable drink
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 egg
2 tablespoons of fresh blueberries
Preparation
