Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons quinoa flakes

  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed

  • Cinnamon to taste

  • 1/2 tsp sweetener of your choice

  • 1 tablespoon of nuts

  • 1/4 of cup of vegetable drink

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • 1 egg

  • 2 tablespoons of fresh blueberries

Preparation

  • Integrate all the ingredients well and pour the mixture into a mug or cup that you can microwave for two minutes. One recommendation is if you wish, it is to spread a little bit of our ghee inside the cup to prevent it from sticking.?
  • Let cool for about 10 minutes, unmold and serve with Greek yogurt, a fruit sauce or fresh fruit.?
