Croquettes with chickpea flour and spices?
Ingredients
1 tsp chickpea flour
1 tsp turmeric
2 tablespoons of ghee, one for the dough and the other for cooking
1/2 tsp paprika, coriander, cumin garlic and onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 of tz of chopped parsley
juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 cup of hot water
1/2 tsp baking powder
- For the yogurt sauce
1 glass of unsweetened Greek yogurt
1/2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
a little lemon juice
1 dash of olive
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- Mix all the ingredients, the last thing you should add is the baking powder and let it rest for at least 30 minutes.
- Give the shape of croquettes with two spoons or if you prefer with your hands.
- Fry in ghee, in an air fryer or you can bake them.
