    Ingredients

    • 150g of Karavansay chickpea flour.

    • 2 tablespoons Karavansay ground flaxseed.

    • 50 gr of clarified butter Karavansay ghee.

    • 1 tablespoon Karavansay turmeric powder.

    • ½ tablespoon of Karavansay flaxseeds.

    • ½ teaspoon of salt.

    • 15 gr baking powder.

    • 6 eggs.

    • Juice of half a lemon.

    Preparation

    • Mix all the dry ingredients, mix the liquids together with the ghee separately, beat and add the dry ones until a homogeneous mixture is obtained; Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
    • Prepare the mold with a little ghee and cornmeal to make it easier to unmold. Pour the mixture and bake for approximately 30 minutes; Once out of the oven, wait for it to cool down and enjoy. You can eat it on its own, make a toast for breakfast, as a tapa or you can make a sandwich.
