Brown rice with quinoa and vegetables

1 cup of previously cooked brown rice with Karavansay quinoa.
Vegetables: mushrooms, red bell pepper, scallions, celery and Chinese root vegetables
One tablespoon of low sodium soy sauce.
Preparación
- In a hot bowl add a little ghee and sauté the leek onion and yellow bell pepper.
- Add the chicken and stir, then add the previously cooked brown rice with quinoa, the scallion, the Chinese roots and a teaspoon of soy sauce.
- Stir to mix all ingredients and serve.
