Ingredients
1 cup of brown rice with previously cooked Karavansay quinoa.
Vegetables: mushrooms, red bell pepper, chives, celery and Chinese roots
A tablespoon of low sodium soy sauce.
Preparation
- In a hot bowl, add a little ghee and fry the leek onion and yellow paprika.
- Add the chicken and stir, then add the previously cooked brown rice with quinoa, chives, Chinese roots and a teaspoon of soy sauce.
- Stir to mix all the ingredients and serve.
