    Ingredients

    • 1 cup of brown rice with previously cooked Karavansay quinoa.

    • Vegetables: mushrooms, red bell pepper, chives, celery and Chinese roots

    • A tablespoon of low sodium soy sauce.

    Preparation

    • In a hot bowl, add a little ghee and fry the leek onion and yellow paprika.
    • Add the chicken and stir, then add the previously cooked brown rice with quinoa, chives, Chinese roots and a teaspoon of soy sauce.
    • Stir to mix all the ingredients and serve.
