Brown rice with Quinoa and chicken

1 cup of previously cooked brown rice with Karavansay quinoa.
1/2 chicken breast, shredded.
Vegetables: yellow bell pepper, scallion, leek onion and Chinese roots.
1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce.
Preparación
- In a hot bowl add a little bit of ghee, sauté the leek onion and yellow pepper, add the chicken and stir.
- Then add the previously cooked brown rice with quinoa, scallions, Chinese roots and a teaspoon of soy sauce.
- Stir to mix all ingredients and serve.
