    Ingredients

    • 1 cup of Quinoa in Karavansay seed.

    • 2 cups of water.

    • 1 teaspoon of clarified butter ghee karavansay.

    • Salt to taste.

    Preparation

    • Wash the quinoa for a few seconds in a colander; In a pot, place the water and bring to a boil.
    • Add the quinoa to the boiling water, the ghee and the salt.
    • Wait a few minutes for the water to evaporate, lower the temperature to a minimum and cover for approximately 20 minutes, it should be loose and crunchy.
