Brown rice with shrimp

1 ½ cup of Karavansay brown rice already prepared.
1 cup of fresh or pre-cooked shrimp.
¼ teaspoon Karavansay ginger powder.
¼ teaspoon Karavansay turmeric.
1 teaspoon Karavansay oregano flavored clarified ghee butter
1 can of coconut cream.
2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped.
1 long split onion.
¼ of paprika cut into small pieces.
½ tablespoon chopped cilantro.
Salt and pepper to taste.
1 teaspoon of honey.
Juice of 1/2 lemon.
Preparación
- In a frying pan over medium heat add oregano-flavored ghee, add the garlic and long onion, sauté for 2 minutes and add the paprika, cook for 2 more minutes taking care not to burn the vegetables. Pour the coconut cream, add the ginger, turmeric, salt and pepper to taste.
- Add the shrimp and cook for a few minutes until the cream has reduced and thickened slightly.
- Add the honey, cilantro and lime juice.
- Turn off and serve with our freshly made brown rice and enjoy this delicious dish.
