Ingredients
1 cup of Karavansay brown rice.
3 cups of water.
½ teaspoon of clarified butter Karavansay ghee.
Pinch of salt to taste.
Preparation
- In a pot, place the water and bring to a boil.
- Add the rice, ghee and salt, stir and wait a few minutes for the water to evaporate.
- As soon as the water dries, lower the temperature to a minimum and cover for approximately 10 minutes. After this time it will be ready to consume.
