Ways of use
It is eaten cooked, it is cooked as follows: 1 part quinoa to 2 parts water, it is cooked just like rice, over high heat until dry, cover and the fire is lowered as much as possible in 10 minutes it will be loose and crunchy. Once cooked, it is added to salads, hamburgers, cakes, meatballs. Soups can also be made with this grain, just like any other grain.
