It can be eaten sprinkled on the fruit, included in smoothies and/or juices. You can make pudding, in a container, soak the chia seeds in the vegetable milk from the night before. The next day just add fruits and the toppings that you like best and that’s it, it’s a delicious breakfast. It can be consumed soaked in water, milk or yogurt, it is used to prepare sweet or savory recipes, when a tablespoon of chia is mixed with liquid and left to rest for a few minutes, a gel will form; such a reaction is due to the soluble fiber of the seed. Chia Seeds are also added to the mix of arepas, pancakes, waffles, breads, cakes, cupcakes, and/or cookies. It does not alter the taste of food.
