Gluten-free bread with Karavanpan Premix
250 gr of Karavanpan Karavansay premix.
1 tablespoon of Ghee Karavansay clarified butter.
2 tablespoons of the sweetener of your choice.
3/4 cup of water.
Salt to taste can be a pinch.
3 gr or 1/2 teaspoon of dry yeast. (Moisturize it with 2 tablespoons of warm water, a pinch of sugar and wait 15 minutes before using it).
To decorate (you can apply chia, flaxseed or sesame seeds).
1 egg to paint the bread.
- In a bowl add the Karavanpan premix, the sweetener and the hydrated yeast. Pour the water in two parts, it is possible that you do not use all of it, go incorporating it, at first it seems that it is a lot of water, but the mass is absorbing it little by little.
- Now add the Ghee and the salt, when everything is well integrated, cover with a cloth and reserve for an hour.
- Preheat the oven to 220°C. Make the bread in the desired shape, paint with egg, decorate with seeds and bake between 50 and 60 min., remember that each oven behaves differently
